For the new Honda scooter, Integra 700, the italian Factory SC-Project has developed a new silencer range specifically dedicated to the Japanese 670 cc engine.
These silencers are available in the homologated version with extractable db killer and specific homologation certificate and have an oval shape with a carbon fibre end cap which can be chosen with different body finishing – titanium, black satinized stainless steel and carbon fibre.
The internal part of the silencer are specifically made for the technical characteristics of the bicylindric 670 cc engine, with diameter and internal specification suitable to this motorization to guarantee a performance improvement equal to 2cv.
The system is homologated and keeps the original Honda series catalyst to ensure the respect of decibel and polluting emission law (euro3).
This kit , ready to be installed, has a weight of only 1,8 kg against the 3,9 kg of the original system: this guarantees a saving of 2kg and ensuring more sporting sound compared to the original system, even if it keeps a civil decibel scale which is perfect for a city usage of the scooter.
Besides of the weight saving you’ll have a strong heat reduction emanated by the original silencer, thanks to the usage of material which doesn’t retain heat as carbon fiber, titanium and AISI 304 stainless steel with a low thickness – to the contrary of the original steel silencer with very thick sides which keeps heat.
