The 4-2-1-2 full titanium exhaust system with double CR-T M2 for the new Ducati Panigale V4 S | V4 R comes directly from SC-Project‘s Racing Department experience in WSBK World Championship.
No compromise, maximum performance, maximum attention to detail, the best technologies and the best materials for the creation of a real state-of-the-art system: the same system used in WSBK by Team Barni, is now available for the final customer!
Full Exhaust System
The system is supplied with four engine connections made with flanges completely CNC machined from billet, as well as titanium bushings. More than this, the bushings surface are treated with special process to ensure the best coupling, reduce friction and protect them from oxidation with a longer life to the most extreme stresses over time. Each header is made entirely with reduced-thickness titanium, with Tig welds performed in controlled environment.
The full system is equipped with connections for lambda probes. The mounting springs have metal covers to withstand maximum stress.
The mufflers are CR-T M2 with high-resistance carbon fibre and with titanium mesh protection.
In addition, the kit is equipped with an autoclave machined carbon protection with titanium insert. All the small parts and mounting brackets are included in the kit. The exhaust can be installed with the original tail and fairings of the bike and keeping the original license plate holder.
The weight reduction is substantial: -2.9kg compared to the original system, although this kit is a complete system with a double under-seat mufflers, as per tradition for “Made in Borgo Panigale” sportbikes.
The increase in terms of performance is massive, but to obtain maximum performance and optimize the maximum power of the system and the engine, we recommend remapping the ECU.
