A special edition of only 100 units created to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Aprilia’s first title in the World Championship, the RSV4 XTrenta is an Aprilia Racing project.

To reach the power of 230hp with this version, SC-Project worked in synergy with Noale’s factory engineers, studying performance and results, to provide a titanium exhaust full system with carbon silencer: a special product really handcrafted with SBK and MotoGP specs, using exclusive materials and devices, titanium bushings machined from solid and special treatments on the couplings.

A real racing system built inside SC-Project Racing Department, the same one that builds the full systems exhausts for Aprilia Racing MotoGP.

Aprilia and SC-Project join forces together to bring the best technology and power to the new official team of the motorcycle manufacturer, in the world races of the premier class MotoGP. From 2022 SC-Project officially became part of this ambitious project as Exhaust Official Technical Supplier of Aprilia Racing Team.

Beyond the cooperation on track, SC-Project and Aprilia cooperate to create exclusive products and special editions dedicated to the motorcycle of the Noale brand.

Just three months after the launch of the Aprilia RS 660, the monobrand championship of the medium-displacement Venetian sportbike is born.

The Aprilia Racing RS 660 Trophy sees SC-Project as exclusive supplier of the exhaust system for the bike as ready-to-race configuration.

The 2-1 full system exhaust built for all Aprilia RS 660, is a lightweight full titanium system with conical ducts and SC1-R carbon fiber silencer. Every detail has been studied to optimize performance, increasing fluidity and maximum power at medium and high rpm, respecting the rules imposed by the regulations of the Trophy. All couplings are obtained with the use of titanium bushings machined from billet.

The new Aprilia RS 660 Trofeo (Trophy) is available to every fan, who wants to know what it feels like racing with the new and light racing motorbike model of Noale. This version of the bike is available after the great victory in the single-branded race.
 
The racing version of RS 660, was designed by Aprilia and is always related to Factory Works.
 
The new SC-Project 2-1 Trofeo Full Titanium is installed on the bike with the SC1-R exhaust with carbon fiber end.

Kaleb de Keyrel was 2021 Twin Cup with champion 10 wins, 16 podiums and 6 poles in 13 races.

The rider took the Aprilia RS 660 equipped with the Full-Titanium Full Trophy supplied by SC-Project to the second victory in the Twins Cup.

Given the performances and the results obtained, his presence within Team Robem Engineering has been confirmed again to compete in the MotoAmerica Twins Cup 2022 competition and his bike will be lined up again with an entire Made in Italy exhaust system.

SC-Project Reparto Corse develops the race products for Aprilia RSV4 1100 working closely with team Nuova M2 Racing for the Italian Superbike Championship (rider: Alessandro Del Bianco) and with MC7 Corse Team for the Italian National Trophy (riders: Christian Gamarino and Fabrizio Perotti).

The partnership with these top level italian teams, allows the best test about performance, resistance and constant technical upgrade of SC-Project products for Aprilia RSV4.

This is one of the reasons because Aprilia RSV4 are some of the most competitive bikes in SBK and STK configuration.

The ten-year relationship between SC-Project and the most important competitions such as MotoGP, Moto2, WSBK and Supersport, allowed the development of the most technological, advanced and high performance products in the worldwide scenario of exhaust systems for road and race bikes.

The Noale-based company, which has seen champions such as Max Biaggi, Loris Capirossi and Valentino Rossi in its team, choose SC-Project to equip all his bikes for the new Aprilia Sport Production championship.

All the bikes of this trophy are Aprilia RS 250 SP / SP2, manufactured by Ohvale and Aprilia Racing, with single-cylinder 4-stroke 250 cc engine and SC-Project full system exhaust with GP-M2 carbon fiber silencer.

The North America Talent Cup is a totally new competition. Following the model of other Talent Cups world-wide known, it sees 20 young riders from all over the world riding an Aprilia motorcycle equipped with SC-Project exhaust system.

These new talents will be able to benefit from the advice of professional riders and compete for the top two places in the race, thus allowing them race in future MotoGP Rookies Cups.
