The journey in MotoGP begins
SC-Project entered the MotoGP World Championship in 2009, marking the beginning of its journey at the highest level of motorcycle racing. From the very first seasons, the Italian company showcased its technical expertise and commitment to innovation, providing exhaust systems capable of meeting the extreme demands of the premier class alongside Team Ducati Pramac for 5 years in-a-row with legendary riders like Loris Capirossi, Ben Spies, Andrea Iannone.
2010
Moto2: at the top from the beginning
In the 2012, SC-Project won the World Title of the class “CRT”, with Team Aspar and rider Aleix Espargaro developing the first prototype of the iconic exhaust which has been named “CR-T” to celebrate with important achieve. The bike was equipped with Aprilia V4 engine, many other riders and teams used SC-Project exhausts in this class, like Randy De Puniet and Karel Abraham.
2012
CRT class World Title
In the 2012, SC-Project won the World Title of the class “CRT”, with Team Aspar and rider Aleix Espargaro developing the first prototype of the iconic exhaust which has been named “CR-T” to celebrate with important achieve. 2013 - 2016
More teams choose SC-Project
Over the years, SC-Project became a trusted partner for several MotoGP teams, supplying exhausts that combined lightweight materials, cutting-edge design, and optimal performance. The company quickly built a reputation for reliability and technological excellence, helping riders like Alvaro Bautista, Jack Miller, Hector Barbera, Franco Morbidelli and Nicky Hayden to achieve podiums and victories on the global stage from 2014 until 2016 with Team Honda Gresini, Team Honda Marc VdS and Team Ducati Avintia.
2015 - 2016 - 2017 - 2019
Four times Moto2 Champion
SC-Project has been huge part of the success and the career of many riders in this class: riders like Johann Zarco – Team Ajo (2015 and 2016), Franco Morbidelli – Team Vds (2017) and Alex Marquez – Team VdS (2019). Many other victories and hundreds of podiums has been acheived with legends like Anthony West, Alex De Angelis, Nico Terol, Karel Abraham, Tom Luthi, Tito Rabat, Marcel Schrotter, Sam Lowes and with active riders like Luca Marini, Remy Gardner, Tony Arbolino, Aron Canet, Barry Baltus.










2017 - 2018 - 2019
Repsol Honda HRC - three titles
A turning point came from 2017, when SC-Project began a strong collaboration with the leading factory team like Honda HRC MotoGP, further cementing its role as a reference brand in MotoGP.
This partnership has been celebrated with the victory of 3 MotoGP Championship Titles in-a-row – from 2017 until 2019 – with Marc Marquez. During these years many MotoGP legends like Dani Pedrosa and Jorge Lorenzo were witnesses of SC-Project growth as technical partner top level.
2018 - Today
Asian Talent Cup
From 2018 SC-Project is official partner and technical supplier of DORNA for the Asian Talent Cup, the gate for the access in MotoGP for all the Asian and Japanese talents with Honda NSF250 bikes.
2019 - 2020
Moto3: another elite partnership
SC-Project partnered with the Monlau Estrella Galicia team in the Moto3 World Championship in 2019 and 2020. The collaboration united SC-Project’s advanced exhaust technology with Monlau’s renowned racing expertise to support young talents on their path to top-level competition. SC-Project supplied high-performance exhaust systems designed for maximum efficiency, reliability, and on-track advantage. Working with Monlau strengthened SC-Project’s commitment to innovation and racing development, reinforcing the brand’s presence in Moto3 and contributing to the growth of future champions such as Sergio Garcia, Alonso Lopez, and Ryusei Yamanaka.
2022 - Today
Aprilia Techincal Supplier
Since 2022, SC-Project has been the exclusive partner and technical supplier of Aprilia Racing in MotoGP. This alliance between two Italian motorsport excellences delivered Aprilia’s first MotoGP victory with Aleix Espargaró in Argentina, followed by podiums and wins with Maverick Viñales in 2023 and 2024. In 2025, World Champion Jorge Martín and Marco Bezzecchi join the Aprilia Factory team supported by SC-Project. Racing experience transfers directly to road products, while the 2025 season also celebrates Bezzecchi’s third place and Fernández’s tenth overall.

Moto2 World Champion Exhaust
SC-Project proudly celebrates its partnership with Moto2 World Champion Diogo Moreira and the Italtrans Racing Team. This collaboration marks a new milestone, uniting SC-Project’s advanced exhaust technology with the talent and determination of one of Moto2’s brightest rising stars. Moreira’s championship victory highlights the performance, reliability, and racing spirit shared by both partners. Working alongside Italtrans, SC-Project continues to push innovation and support riders aiming for the highest levels of competition. Together, they look ahead to new achievements and a successful future on track.
