Safety, quality and compliance for your motorcycle
SC-Project designs and manufactures approved exhaust systems for motorcycles that comply with Euro 3, Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 5+ regulations, depending on the model.
Every SC-Project approved motorcycle exhaust is developed in-house, tested and certified to ensure maximum safety on the road and full compliance with European regulations.
Approved exhaust systems are valid throughout the European Union. All products meet the highest quality standards and comply with European regulations:
- Regulation (EU) 134/2014 and UN Regulation R92 (ECE) for Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 5+ vehicles.
- Directive 2002/24/EC for Euro 3 vehicles.
Tests and certification: guaranteed security
Every SC-Project approved exhaust system undergoes a rigorous testing process by the R&D team:
- Phonometric tests for noise levels;
- Material resistance and ageing tests;
- Performance checks on the test bench;
- Pollutant emission checks, if required by regulations.
Only after passing all tests does the product receive official certification.
The process is supervised in collaboration with TÜV Italia (TÜV SÜD Auto Service GmbH group), a technical body that interfaces with the relevant Ministry for the issuance of the certificate, ensuring reliability and transparency.
Validity and identification
SC-Project approved exhausts are legally usable on roads throughout the European Union.
Each system bears an engraved marking with the ministerial approval number, which is also present on the paper certificate supplied with the product.
This document certifies the compliance of the exhaust system with current regulations, ensuring safe, legal use for motorcyclists in accordance with European rules.
