The SC1-S silencer is the result of many years of development, experience and tests in several and different conditions. This exhaust system has been specifically projected and calibrated to combine design, performance, lightness and durability by using an elegant and sporty shape.

The body of the muffler is made in high-grade, high strength, lightweight Titanium with a special finish on surface (called “micro shot peening”), with an attractive and specific carbon fiber end cap.

The weldings manufactured with TIG technology in protected environment, the sound-absorbing material resistant to very high temperatures and the insert bushings made in CNC machining, embellish the SC1-S muffler. The use of the best materials and top-level finishes match perfectly with many top-class bikes and maxi-scooters. The elegance of the muffler body combined with the sporty design and asymmetric rhomboidal shape of the output, is an outstanding balance in terms of design and dimensions.

Big attention has been dedicated by the SC-Project R&D department to the sound of the SC1-S exhaust: the “voice” of SC-Project is one of the most valuable parameters to consider during tests and development, even in full compliance with Euro 4 / Euro 5 regulation.
