The SC1-S silencer is the result of many years of development, experience and testing in a wide range of conditions. This exhaust system has been specially designed and calibrated to combine design, performance, lightness and durability in an elegant and sporty shape.

The silencer body is made of high-quality, high-strength and very lightweight titanium with a special surface finish (called ‘micro shot peening’) and a specific and unique carbon end cap.

The welds, made in a protected environment using TIG technology, the sound-absorbing material resistant to very high temperatures and the CNC-machined insert bushings enhance this exhaust system. The use of the best materials and the highest quality finishes are a perfect match for all top-of-the-range motorcycles and maxi-scooters. The elegance of this silencer combined with the sporty design of the asymmetrical rhomboidal end cap creates an incredible balance in terms of design and proportions.

The SC-Project R&D department has paid the utmost attention to the sound of the SC1-S exhaust: the ‘voice’ of SC-Project products is one of the most valuable parameters to consider during testing and development, while ensuring full compliance with Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 5+ regulations.
