Moto Macchion, the historic Honda dealership in Legnano, has created a special bike as a tribute to Dani Pedrosa, winner of the Honda contest dedicated to dealers.
Dani Pedrosa, with a 25-year-long career, deserves major recognition. This was the belief of Macchion, who together with a pool of Italian companies wanted to celebrate the Spanish rider’s career.
The Honda CB1000R customized by Macchion features partnerships with leading companies in the motorcycle industry.
Rizoma supplied the turn signal kits, handlebar, mirrors and brake lever guard; Andreani handled the suspension department with a complete Öhlins fork and a TTX rear shock absorber with external preload adjustment; Rookie Design took care of the livery, Race Seat of the seat, and Progrip of the dual-compound rubber grips.
The contribution from SC-Project was outstanding, having developed a one-off full MotoGP replica exhaust system, 4-2 layout, entirely made of titanium. SC-Project also created an incredible line of carbon fiber accessories, enhanced with premium titanium inserts, including two fenders, a pair of radiator side panels, chain guard, pair of air intake covers, airbox covers and clutch cover.
