Clearly inspired by dusty deserts, the Rally Raid silencer is the result of SC-Project’s experience gained in the most extreme off-road competitions, such as the Africa Eco Race, where reliability and performance are essential.

The materials used, the production process and the attention to detail, combined with a carefully studied design, make this silencer a true benchmark for modern multi-purpose and off-road motorcycles, in full compliance with Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 5+ regulations.

The Rally Raid exhaust is made entirely of high-quality titanium, with an aggressive-looking tailpipe that reflects its intensive use on off-road trails. The technical solutions applied derive directly from experience gained in competition and during long journeys around the world, tackling all types of terrain, from asphalt to the most challenging tracks.

All components are TIG welded in a protected environment, while the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid, ensuring perfect couplings, top-quality materials and consistent performance over time.

Every detail has been developed to offer a deep, full-bodied sound, while maintaining compliance with European regulations.

For some applications, a racing-only version and an AISI 304 steel option are available.
