SC-Project unveils a new frontier in motorcycle exhaust materials with the debut of Ti-Carbon technology, an innovative solution developed by the company’s R&D Department that combines carbon fibre and titanium thread in a unique composite weave.
This technology makes its first appearance on the new CR-T M2 designed for the Kawasaki Z900 2025, one of the most iconic models in the modern naked sport segment. The result is an extremely compact silencer with a strong racing identity, engineered to enhance the dynamic character of the bike.
The silencer body is manufactured using carbon fibre with a titanium-reinforced weave, an exclusive combination that delivers exceptional lightness and improved structural strength and durability, if compared to 100% carbon composite. The carbon-titanium texture creates a unique visual pattern that makes the component instantly recognisable while emphasising its racing DNA.
The new material is also used for the dedicated heat shield, contributing to a refined and perfectly integrated design that enhances the aggressive lines of the Z900.
With the introduction of Ti-Carbon, SC-Project once again confirms its commitment to innovation and advanced engineering. This new technology represents the first step towards a new generation of components, set to be progressively extended across the brand’s product range.
